When the user clicks on the shared mailbox in Outlook they the "you do not have permissions" error message. This started after we had to stop AD replication on the domain controllers due to corruption in one of our group policies. After we got the gpo fixed we restarted replication. This was when the cannot open shared mailboxes started. My thought is to restart the Information Store Service on the active DAG member. Any other options other then removing the users Outlook profile and re-adding it. -- T. Todd Lemmiksoo -- T. Todd Lemmiksoo -- T. Todd Lemmiksoo -- T. Todd Lemmiksoo -- T. Todd Lemmiksoo
