There is a corrupt EMC cache. It's in the users profile. I'm traveling today, so I can't give you the precise file name to remove, but the above should give you enough information to find it online.

Yes, tons of Google hits, most seem to suggest two things: * Internet setting: checking for publisher's certificate revocation (done, no change, reverted back) * EnableTCPA setting under HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters (value does not exist) It does eventually launch, but was wondering in anyone here hand an alternate item for me to check.
