Update on my updating. Turns out there is an issue/bug in SP3 RU5, and appears to still be in RU7. If the users are running Outlook 2010 RTM/SP1 they are no longer able to access mailboxes that are auto-mapped. If we add them in the mail profile it shows duplicate mailboxes, but they can only open one. I did not find this in any of my searches before applying my updates and now we have several users with this issue. I did not see anything in the release notes about this being an issue, so thought I would put it out there for others.
