Perhaps I have it configured incorrectly. I can’t open the file if I’m not a member of the Discovery Management/Compliance Management group. Do you have any helpful links I could scour? The consultant who implemented the solution for my firm quit the consultant group a long time ago and left pretty shoddy documentation. I’m now forced to do all the clean up.
