Thanks to all that have helped me over the past month.

Running down my activesync, mobile device issue.

Setting up my new SSL cert with rekeyed SHA from Godaddy.

Setting up my Internet DNS entries correctly.

Setting up my Internal DNS entries correctly.

My Test connectivity comes back clean as a whistle now.

No mobile devise were harmed during the Cert change.

No Executives have lost emails during this process.

So Kudos to all and to all a Huge thank you.
