The 2 biggest problems with CU6 are with the Hybrid Configuration Wizard (HCW) and with Exchange 2007 coexistence. I can't say you won't run into anything else, but those are the big ones.

Once I realized it was Outlook i went to check RPC service and sure enough it was stopped.
