Hi All, Our users noticed that Outlook sometimes does not display all the links for shared mailboxes in Favorites section in the upper left pane. However, the links from their own mailboxes display properly. Interestingly, if you close, and re-open the Outlook, all of the links come back and display properly. Next time you re-open Outlook, they may disappear, and you have to keep close/open the Outlook until you get all your missing items. Some people even say that they lose their color customization and so on , and they keep re-opening the Outlook until they get it properly. Anybody seen this before? Any ideas?
