I have. Go into this directory on both servers:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\ClientAccess\ecp Look for the numbered folders 15.0.xxx.yy Compare the contents of each on the non-working server to the working server. I’m betting you’ve got some missing files in the folders on the non-working server. There is also a PS script that can fix that for you, possibly, but start with the numbered folders first.
