We have 1 user having an issue with emails being sorted into 2 unflagged groups in her Outlook instead of just 1. It seems that only emails from 2 people go into this second unflagged group and I don't understand why. I don't see anything in Outlook that separates email in this way. This occurred when she had Outlook XP and also in Outlook 2007. How is the flagging status determined and why would only certain emails go into this second group?
