I've quoted that numerous times to clients

There are seldom technical solutions to behavioral problems"

I have said it for almost two decades: there are no technological solutions for
behavioral issues.

Just like a Three Stooges movie. (Excruciatingly painful, perhaps. But fun to
watch.)

I know, I know... PST Files are EVIL!

I have a user with a 5 GB PST file who created a search folder and had all 9500
saved messages/tasks move from his 70+ sub-folders into the single search
folder, which was in his PST's
Deleted Item no less. Now he's crying because all these messages are no
longer sorted by client/project.

Any easy was to restore to the previous configuration?

I'm running a SCANPST against a copy of the PST but I don't have high hopes.
We don't back up PST because their use is discouraged - see line 1 above - but
this guy's tears are getting
 to me!
