Have never done this but would like some advice on how to do this. My HR has started a Wellness program. To that end they have purchased 4 pieces of exercise equipment and want to have the personnel schedule time on them.
So they have asked for 1 calendar. 4 devices being able to be scheduled for 30 minutes at a time and no one person can schedule more than 2 weeks at a time. My questions are these: -Wouldn't each device require a separate calendar? -How do I limit them to 30 min (Other than honor system.) -How do I limit them to no more than 2 weeks of scheduled time per person (Other than honor system.) And I will continue to googlefu it, but currently I am at a standstill.
