They may want to look at applying iOS 8.2 as there have been various Meeting/Calendar fixes:
* Fixes an issue in Maps that prevented navigating to some favorite locations * Addresses an issue where the last word in a quick reply message wasn't autocorrected * Fixes an issue where duplicate iTunes purchased content could prevent iCloud restore from completing * Resolves an issue where some music or playlists didn't sync from iTunes to the Music app * Fixes an issue where deleted audiobooks sometimes remained on the device * Resolves an issue that could prevent call audio from routing to car speakers while using Siri Eyes Free * Fixes a Bluetooth calling issue where no audio is heard until the call is answered * Fixes a timezone issue where Calendar events appear in GMT * Addresses an issue that caused certain events in a custom reoccurring meeting to drop from Exchange calendar * Fixes an certificate error that prevented configuring an Exchange account behind a third-party gateway * Fixes an issue that could cause an organizer's Exchange meeting notes to be overwritten * Resolves an issue that prevented some Calendar events from automatically showing as "busy" after accepting an invite. I've personally witnessed many, many issues with ActiveSync on BOTH Android and iOS devices. In my experience....in most (not all) cases, simply removing the account from the phone and re-adding it cleared up the problem - at least for a while. So, I'd agree with Jim - remove the iPhones and see how it goes. These issues, I believe, are a big part of what led Microsoft to buy accompli....and sunrise.... When email disappears it is always a rule in Outlook. When appointments mess up it is always a device, usually Apple. We are running Exchange 2010 SP3 RU7, in a DAG design with separate CAS and HT servers. The issue that we have started getting with a handful of users is around reoccurring meetings and modifying the date/time. So the users are stating if they change the date/time on a meeting it will show for a little while in the calendar with the new date/time but then it reverts back to the original date/time; but the invites show the new date/time in their calendars. At first I was thinking a corrupt OST or sync issue with their iPhone, so I removed the OST and allowed it to rebuild and on the iPhone I removed the Exchange setup and recreated so everything was fresh. A few days later they tried moving a meeting and it did the same thing again. Problem is it does not do it on every meeting just some. I know there are some current issues with calendar sync'ing on iOS8, but that seems to be around the iOS device not getting updates. Has anyone else heard of this?
