I have a request to setup two conference room calendars to be approved by the delegates assigned. Do I disable the resource booking attendant and have forward meeting requests to delegates checked. Or; enable the resource booking attendant and check the button for "All users" are subject to approval by a delegate.
hate to say that I have not had to setup a conference room calendar that is restricted for booking. I am looking for the right way to do this. -- T. Todd Lemmiksoo
