Duplicates are not imported, by default. But let’s define a duplicate… every message has something called an “EntryID”, which is basically a GUID, but much longer. And several timestamps. And a size. And a couple of other attributes that assist in determining whether an item is a duplicate.
The ConflictResolutionOption parameter helps you to determine which message “wins”.
