Well, strictly speaking, it's not supported on any very of Exchange that has a cmdlet for doing so. That being said, as long as you are dealing with Exchange objects, and you get the dependencies right (0,1, 5, 7), you'll probably be ok. I've still got a few scripts that directly update AD instead of using cmdlets, for use when the cmdlets are just too darn slow.
