If you are only rebooting the order does not matter... just remember that if 
you have multiple servers sharing a role rebooting them all at the same time 
will cause that part of the service to be down.

For patching the exchange application, however, there is a very specific order. 
CAS first, then HUB, then UM and finally Mailbox. If you use the edge role it 
goes after everything else.

I saw the order of rebooting Exchange 2010 servers not less than 3 months ago 
and I can not find it.
Is it Witness servers, Mailbox servers, HUB servers?
If I have a HA server with Mailbox and HUB on installed it reboots last?
