Any ideas or suggestions other than rebuilding his mailbox?  I have not done 
that since the days of ExMerge.. are you aware of the steps or a KB for that?

Subject: [Exchange] User with duplicate Calendar, Notes, Tasks, Contacts, etc

Outlook 2013 on Exchange 2010.  I rebuilt his Outlook Profile and these remain. 
I turned off Cached mode and back on. Still there.

Outlook knows the calendar is not his primary as it gives a warning when 
accepting meetings on it that the "tally" won't be updated.  I read about 
recreating the entire Windows profile.  This is a user on a new laptop and new 
Samsung Galaxy phone.

One other thing. All of his folders show that blue arrow for synching.  I 
cannot figure out what he is synching with for the life of me.  Is there a way 
to tell?
