If you have a VL then you can do this onsite with Office Online Server (OOS), for just the cost of a server license. C2R is the full desktop client set for Office Professional Plus. But, if there is an online-only, not click-to-run, then we're thinking of using the E1 package for some users that don't need anything but e-mail access.
