I’ve never seen this before. It sounds to me like a TCP port timeout in a firewall is set too low (just a SWAG).

They have been complaining of the session “reloading” seemingly at random, and even the window taking precedence when it is in the background. In other words, they could be typing something in a linux shell and then all of a sudden Outlook on the Web jumps to the foreground. This has happened enough times that I don’t believe it is just chance or some accidental hotkey combination. Another complaint is that it does this in the middle of them typing an email. I’ve asked them to keep track of how often it happens, and I can find no pattern. The users are running Windows 8.1 ent v6.3 build 9600 and patching is kept current via BigFix. This seems to happen no matter which browser they are using – IE, Chrome, FireFox…..they all seem to do it. Any ideas on what the cause might be and what can be done to resolve this?
