Just running 2010 now. The 2003 was decommissioned July 16th.

I don't remember the last time it worked. It's been a while since I've used
it. I'm not called upon to track messages very often. :-)

How many versions of Exchange do you have in coexistence right now? (you
mentioned 2010 and 2003...)

When was the last time it worked, and what has changed since then? (installed
any CUs or updates since the last time it worked?)

Does the same thing happen on another computer?

No joy. I closed everything out, moved all the files to another folder and it
still does the same thing.
Where does it pull that name from?

There is a cache file for the MMC that sits in your profile. Delete it. It's in
the folder:

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\MMC

I've just noticed that when I try to run the Message Tracking from the Toolbox
in the EMC I get a "page can't be displayed". Looking at the URL it's pointing
to an Exchange 2003 server that has been decommissioned. It's a nit-picky
thing because I can simply modify the url in the browser to get to it, but I'd
like to fix. Can anyone tell me where this can be changed?
