Have you ever seen an Outlook refresh load with instead of the blue ball of 
doom, it is just dots loading like ..... circling?

Long story short: Two weeks ago mailbox 01 on Exchange 2010  started failing 
due to array errors. Rebuilt a box we had prior as an email server as 04.  Got 
everything ready and realized I had Ivp6 still, so fixed that. Moved test 
database over and had lots of cluster failures, changed NIC and rested 
Replication.  Tested with my mailbox and SLOWness.     Blue circle of doom. 
Rebooted all but 02 as all DBs on there. Not many errors.  Pulled replication 
for PFs to 01.  Just left Exchange still on 01.  Just puzzled as still seems 
'off'.

NOTE: We are Hybrid mode with an Exchange 2016 system not yet in Production and 
connections to Office 365 in place, but not yet in production. All production 
is still on 2010.

Errors in event logs that seem of any significance are these:
