I believe you can just delete the files that start with 'stream_autocomplete in C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\RoamCache Test that, and wait for someone else to say I am crazy, or not. Unfortunately, this has caused an issue with our users, as some of their autocomplete entries are using the old, now gone, proxy addresses. I've been directed to clear everyone's autocomplete cache. I found a quick and easy command to do this, but it opens Outlook in order to perform the clean. (outlook.exe /CleanAutoCompleteCache). Having Outlook open spontaneously, or a second instance opening, would be very disconcerting and worrisome for our users, so I'd like to find a way to clean the cache, without opening Outlook. Does anyone have a method? For the most part, all users are using Outlook 2016, but there are a few 2013, and 2010.
