Sounds like you neglected to recreate the Outlook profile after recreating
the mailbox. If you move a mailbox from one server to another in a site,
the profile needs to attach one more time to be redirected to the new
server. This can also be accomplished by pointing the old server name in
DNS to the new server's IP address.... but if you migrated the mailbox,
from one site to another for instance, using MSW or ExMerge or a 3rd party
tool, then the Outlook Profile needs to be deleted and recreated (or the
Exchange Server Service and Outlook Address Book services need to be
deleted/readded) for Outlook to find the correct server immediately.
