This is in regard to Exchange Server 5.5 with Outlook 97 and 2000 as email
clients.
We have a multi-user mailbox - that is, about 10 people monitor this
mailbox, either from a central PC or each person can open the mailbox as a
part of the MAPI profile on his or her desktop PC. Is there a field that
can show which computer or which user opened an email message from this
mailbox? I don't even know which field would show the date and time a
message was read (this would help). The "read" field is a "checkbox" -- it
shows a status of read or un-read.
Could set up an auto-forward every time a message is opened. If I did,
would the message come from the particular sender or from the mailbox (i
think it would come from the central mailbox...).
Any thoughts or direction ont this matter are welcome.
thanks,
Chris
