Thanks to all for your suggestions on how to deal with this. Although I
like bullet to
the head and making her wait longer everytime to get back to her, I think I
will go with
a variation of "keeping the instructions in a draft message".
I think I will write the instructions down and tape them to her forehead,
oops I mean
her monitor. :-)
