Look at Message Tracking and see if it helps you do what you want.
You can examine the content of a mailbox without logging in as it. You can
assign it as a secondary mailbox in your profile, or you can look at it on
your recovery server after restoring the IS, for two examples. Neither,
however, will tell you what messages were sent to and from that mailbox
since messages can be deleted.

Hi All,
The management wants to see a list of all the mails sent for a given period
for a particular person. We are using Exchange 5.5 SP3 and Outlook 97/2000
clients. Without any third party tool is it possible to generate such a
report without actually logging on to that mailbox?
