start admin.exe with the /r switch.
RAW mode is one of those things that if you need it, you'll know it. The KB
article will describe it.
I STRONGLY recommend not opening admin in raw mode all the time. If you want
to look at what it offers, that's fine. Be SURE to click cancel on anything
you do though; it gives you access to the schema for the databases and you
can seriously, and irrevocably, completely toast things with it.
