Guy,
I think you need to go in to the properties of the user's profile and click
on the delivery tab and make sure that the delivery location is "Mailbox -
UserName" and not the Personal Folders. After that remove the Personal
Folders service from the profile.
It seems like you're confused on the terminology a little as well. There is
no "PST file from Exchange Server". It's referred to as the mailbox. PST
files are what corresponds to the "Personal Folders" service in the profile
and are separate from your Exchange Server. Don't use them unless you
absolutely have to (see FAQ for why PST=BAD).
In your situation it looks like the delivery location for emails is set to
the PST file.

Subject: Opening Outlook with only one PST Files
I have a client with Exchange server 5.5 with sp 4.0 on a NT server.
Every time this client opens her Outlook she two outlook files appear.
She was only configured to run exchange client and not internet mail. I
tried to close one of the PST files (off line one!!!), but I can not??
I just want to open one PST file from the exchange server, when she
opens Outlook 2000. Also her inbox (on her off line PST file) is
receiving her mail from the exchange server. The Inbox on the exchange
PST is not receiving any mail. I want her exchange mail box (exchange
PST file) to receive all the mail.
