So I was wondering if it wouldn't be an interesting academic exercise for the group to try and automate Mich�le's process for deleting users accounts after they have been terminated. I'm certainly not interested in trying to write the whole thing for her... but I thought it might be interesting for us to identify the critical steps in the current process, identify how they could be automated and how one might go about doing it. The goal wouldn't necessarily be to come up with a working script, but to discuss the ways one might automate it and toss in a code sample or two along the way.
