No, it means the other domain is configured incorrectly. Your IMS did a DNS
lookup of the MX/A records for the intended target domain. It connected to
the A address returned by DNS and opened an SMTP session to that box. That
box replied that it is not able to handle mail for that intended domain.
Sorta like dealing with City Hall. The front clerk tells you to go to a
particular office to get something handled. You go to that office and they
say they don't handle that. You go back to the front desk clerk and she
gives you the same info.
