I respect the sentiment, Larry. Perhaps someone (not me! I'm overworked
and far too lazy) ought to write a FAQ along the lines of the [glowing
adjective] Andrew S. Baker's [glowing adjective]

But I submit that between:
1. This list [has incredibly knowlegeable people, but the atmosphere
can seem unfriendly, impolite, and insensitive]
2. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Exchange2000 [Martin tries to keep
flames down, also with incredibly knowledgeable people]
3. microsoft.public.exchange.* or microsoft.public.exchange2000.*
[friendlier, also with incredibly knowledgeable people, but hey, it's
Usenet] and
4. PSS [accurate, quick, friendly, and professional, but it's $245 per
call]
...you will be reinventing the wheel.
I wish you luck, though. Between usenet, and the two groups listed
above, I think all of the MVPs extant are regular contributors and
provide a great wealth of information.
