I had the performance monitors running and there were no indications of
unusual behavior. We have since called out Dell and they had me run some
diagnostics. Looks as if we may have some bad memory.

Well twice today our server hung. Went over to the console and it would not
respond. Keyboard was locked and no response. I had to power cycle the
system to get it back up and each time there is nothing in the event logs.
I wanted to get everyone's opinion as to where to start on this thing. Is
this more indicative of a hardware issue?
