The user is probably trying to address these messages using personal address book or
contacts (as in - she copied the GAL entry into a personal address list). That will
not do.
Tell her to delete those entries and address anything to those mailboxes using the
Global Address List.
This happens a lot when there are multiple servers in an org. Users copy addresses
from GAL to PAB. Mailbox gets moved to another server or deleted and re-created on
another site. Now that address is no longer valid.
