I have my Exchange 2000 cc:Mail connector configured to import cc:Mail recipients to a specific OU as contacts. The display name is Last, First and the address book looks fine. I modified the create Dialog property for contacts so that the cn value comes out Last, First as well. AD shows all manually created contacts as Last, First but the cc:Mail contacts are shown as First Last. The manually created contacts are all cn=Last, First whereas the cc:Mail created contacts are cn=First Last. fullName and displayName are Last, First both ways. These are fine when viewed from the address book but when viewed with the AD MMC snap-in its difficult to deal with because there are 4000 contacts. Anybody know how to fix this?
