I'm not sure why you wouldn't use Exchange's IMS for all of your SMTP
trffic; you're going to add unnecessary complexity to your system.
In any case, in the IMS settings, there should be a "forward all messages to
host" option. I don't have 5.5 anywhere near, so I can't point out the
exact setting, but it's there...
