Jennifer, thanks for the info. Unfortunately, I've already plowed
through the white paper a couple months ago.
I know my problem. I cannot get UPN logon names to work. Outlook Express
will not recognize DOMAIN\Username, only UPNs [EMAIL PROTECTED] I am
following Q267906 and it still does not seem to work.
How to Set Up OWA for UPN Logon Names (Q267906)
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q267/9/06.ASP?LN=EN-US&

n%26quot%3B&rnk=1&src=DHCS_MSPSS_gn_SRCH&SPR=EXCH2K
I still have mailbox and public information stores on my front-end
servers, since we need to install Verisign SSL certificates (According
to the white paper IS's must be deleted, but no can change be made to
the front-end servers in IIS after the deletion). Could this be my
problem???
Also, anyway to redirect OWA HTTP:// requests to HTTPS:// (SSL)???
I know many of the users are not going to remember HTTPS://

Do you have an HTTP virtual server and directory pointing to
http://frontend/exchange on your backend?
this link has more detailed articles:

asp
Also, listen to 28:

Sean and the Dogfood guy will spell it out for you.
I had to exit out of Outlook Express 5.5 and reopen to connect in a test
lab.
