If it's dedicated to OWA 
-AND-
you're not running FTP on it, I don't see a reason to run AV on your box.
It'll just take up CPU cycles.

My OWA servers are stand-alone IIS servers (Exchange is not running on
them). Does anyone know of a reason that would prevent me from running AV on
