You need to do this by exporting, foobling the resultant file, and importing
the changes.
A couple cross-posts, eh?

Subject: [Exchange2000] Exchange 5.5
Hi, does anyone knows how I make so that the Exchange modifies the
Display Name of the recipients already created, based in the standard
%First%Last?
I know that I can configure this in the Administrator Program, but only
the new recipients will be created with the Name Display standard.
Thanks
Dani
