100 Megabyte
I dream of a LAN that fast, damn , my TA1000 only delivers 40MB from server
to local array
seriously, Ive seen old source hardware take 3-4 times longer to back up to
a local drive than to restore to a new server using the same local
drive........
I think it depends on what the server did/does and how well its been baby
sat. And a NIC and switch that aren't arguing over auto-negotiate of course

Subject: Mailbox move rates
Assuming relatively contemporary target system hardware and relatively
aged source system hardware, and a 100MB LAN in between, what average
data rates are y'all seeing in terms of megabytes per hour when moving
mailboxes from an Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2000?
Thanks,
