How much spare HD space do you have on the server?

If you really really really HAVE To yes you can. MAKE SURE you have a
good backup.
Run Eseutil /d. before you run this I would read up some on doing this.
If you have never done this before it might be worth a few hundred
dollars to hire a consultant.
