overtime hours. If you are "on-the-clock" you should not be
"surfing-the-net" or indulging in personal e-mail activity. After 5:30 pm
and before 7:30 am, while not "on-the-clock" you may use the Internet and
e-mail for personal business, subject to the same guidelines as the "during
business hours" rules below.
Permissible purposes for which electronic information systems can be used
during business hours include, but are not limited to:
� Business communications only and should not be used for personal
communications, solicitations for charitable or personal business (i.e.
Items for Sale), passing along "chain" e-mail, jokes, etc., or other
non-business related activities.
� Messages (e-mail, voice mail, etc.) must not contain offensive,
inappropriate, unprofessional or disruptive messages and are subject to all
Stellar anti-discrimination policies.
� Messages must not divulge corporate secrets or information of a privileged
nature.
� Internet access must be for business related information use only. Use of
the internet for personal business or entertainment (i.e. "surfing the net")
is prohibited.
