Yea. It happens a lot. Someone (usually a person who has not posted
before) posts a message and when it doesn't show up in 30 seconds, they
send another.

Some sort of application(s), can be installed on top of Exchange that
tells Exchange mailer to remove the header when a sender(s) sends an
email to the anonymous account which is created on Exchange. It's for
internal use.
