I would suggest that you fully document the first IMS, validate the
configuration against your requirements and then apply to the new server.
I'm guessing that if you are setting up a second IMS in the same site then
you are doing it for redundancy. I think there is a reskit tool that might
be useful too, but in any case, it's worth taking the time to review the
current settings, as if its anything like ours, these tend to drift over
time as various things are added to *fix* things.
