I've seen it too many times.  It will keep your directory from replicating and may 
cause servers to stop responding altogether.  The problem actually exists on the 
server on the other side of the connection (if the event is showing on your 
bridgehead, one of your spoke sites has the problem).  Call Microsoft PSS and open a 
support case.  This is not one you can fix by yourself.
