Verify the org and site name again. It is case sensitive.
Then provide any relative events in the ap log

Hello
My exchange server crashed. I built another one with the same and
organization and restored the exchange database from backup. Now the MTA
will not start. ISINTEG completes but ESUTIL hangs.
What should I do?
