Good afternoon, OUTLOOK 98/Exhange 5.5 SP3. I didn't know if this was OUTLOOK or EXCHANGE or a combination of both. I have a name that does not resolve in OUTLOOK when sending a message. You can type in ANG PRES or PRES ANG or anything along those lines but if you type in Angie Presnell the name just sits there and does not underline. You can send the message without an resolved name and the message is sent. Please advise as what to look for in correcting this problem.
