Hi,
We're using Outlook 2000 sr-1 w/Exchange 5.5. When a user XYZ addresses
a message to AM, the check names dialog box appears asking them to select
between two users: AM and AMS. The user would prefer not to select the name
everytime. The problem is this does not happen with every Outlook user.
For some users, a broken line appears under AM but when they click send, it
assumes they want it to go to AM and it arrives with no problem. I have
checked everything I could think of (including the Swynk sites, among
others) but could not find the answer.
They also seem to have the same settings (i.e. "automatic name checking" is
turned on in O2K options). Also checked Tools, Services, Addressing. "When
sending mail, check mail using ... in this order" has "Global Address List"
first. I can't figure out what I am overlooking. Any ideas?
Thanks.
