Why don't you use the AutoAccept script?

Subject: calendar problem

Dear all,

We have some public folders set up as calendars for room and resource
bookings. It works fine until , e.g, someone puts in a recurrent
appointment and if there is already an existing appointment somewhere down
the line, the new one just goes in. There is no warning that the slot is
already booked. Is there a way to stop people making double bookings? or
should we adopt another method of scheduling altogether.
We are using Outlook 2000, 98, 97 Exchange 5.5 sp4.

many thanks
