What is the Object model you are using ..? The hidden message collection is in CDO. I cannot remember whether we can Access the hidden messages collection using OL object model. Give me some time I'll Look in to it. Then again remeber.. Rules are evaluated at the server side. When the rule needs client side action the action is forwarded to the outlook client by exch server.
