Subject: Monitor a user's mailbox

I have a user that consistently complains that mail doesn't reach him
when it has been sent.

I have been through the usual, sort order in Outlook, check the server
logs deal. My manager wants me to keep a week long log of all mail in
and out of his box on the server as a means of proving that his problems
are not an IS problem.

How would one go about setting this up on Exchange 2000?
I am aware of how to turn on message tracking, but I was wondering if
there is something more robust that I can run to produce this report.

TIA

Mark Chandler
